And the many variations based on that original.

Thundercunt? I empathise with cringing at "cockwomble" in nearly every context, but Neil Doncaster seemed to truly embody the term, especially during the death of Rangers.

Those are probably the least bad, but it was taken too far, too often.

"jammy wearer" is one that I've thought about tonight, think it came from the Hearts thread about someone who will defend their club / manager above everything, wearing club branded pyjamas and sleeping under a club branded duvet

I have no idea who wrote it, or what the context was, but "take your head for a shite" has entered, and indeed enriched, my RL vocabulary since reading it here at some point in the last year or two.

The various Simpsons memes during the Peter Grant as Dunfermline manage era should be curated into a single thread and sent to P&B Gold

Who is the biggest jammy wearer on The Forum? @Ludo*1 must be up there.

- "I wear GANT polo shirts around the house"; I believe this phrase was first coined by Lexi Collector. I howled with laughter when I first read it and I'm still smirking now as I type this out. It's one I've borrowed and drop into every day conversation on a regular basis eg down the pub, in coffee catch ups or even on holiday.

Disgusted after reading this I go back into the main forum page and this advert appears

I won't lie. That entire thread was hilarious. The sheer scale of defensiveness and the overcompensation when some of you men got called out for your true motives was brilliant to read.

"Some of you men"

Fucking hell [emoji23]
