Walked passed the Baptist Church yesterday and out of the corner of my eye I read the sign that sits out front as 'He is a kitten'. When I looked directly at the sign it read as it has always has done 'He has risen'.

It was on my mind for the rest of the day. Did I suddenly see things as they really are?

I mean cats watch us and the pass judgement on our behaviour all the time, God's own living security cameras?

Or should I just get a decent pair of glasses?

You're like the dyslexic agnostic who sat up all night wondering about the existence of Dog.

It's a pretty low bar from what I've seen.  Hope you get something sorted out somehow.

Naw, you’ve been thinking correctly about it, but it’s the people involved in administering it that are absolute, evil, rotten scum.

Watching the youth Cup final. Ball gets zipped across the box. Penalty to Rangers (lol).

Richard Foster : "you can't give that as a penalty for hand ball *voice heightens* It's hit him on the elbow!"

'Honeymoon' comes from times when newlywed couples drank mead for a month (moon cycle). Thought to bring good luck & fertility.

Don't know how the guy could keep it up being blootered all the time...

That whole album is brilliant.

Weirdly also love the fact there are seagulls on the xx track 'angels' at about 0.50.

TiL that old moveable typeface printing blocks used to get kept in boxes. The capitals were traditionally kept in a box above the little letters, literally an upper case and lower case.

The line in Squeeze's Cool For Cats is

"The Sweeney's doing ninety 'cause they've got the word to go"

not

"The Sweeney's doing ninety 'cause they've got nowhere to go"

as I've thought since 1979 ☹🤦‍♂️

Bloody hell, same here.
