Fox was outstanding and big McKenna was certainly entertaining. Even though we had loads of possession in and around your box in the second half, we only had one proper goal scoring chance - the header straight at your keeper from 6 yards. And that’s a team packed full of pace and creativity and goals - we matched them today, we did play well and showed some quality but we were too wasteful. keptie Posted August 19, 2023 Share Posted August 19, 2023 We really should've taken something from that game, if only our players could hit the target cause we had plenty good shooting chances and the header that was saved was hit straight at him was a absolute sitter. At least we were a lot better than of late but still beat. As for QP i wasn't particularly impressed by them they knocked the ball about but created not a lot but we still couldn't beat them. Simply can’t see them being better than some championship sides over 36 games We weren’t great but we wouldn’t have won of that game last season.
