Striker is unmarked in the box for so long, he hangs back off him and then lunges towards the other player at the last minute, getting caught in no man’s land. Really poor. We were never going to get a Robbie Deas type replacement for Robbie Deas but to not strengthen our options at CB is looking more and more ridiculous with each passing week. Duffy and Delaney are...okay. Passable at LB/RB but when they move inside they seem to collapse. Devine is not a leader and cannot marshal his CB partner IMO. He's benefitted from Broadfoot and Deas as a partner in the last couple of seasons but he seems unable to take charge himself which is quite damning given he should be coming into the "peak" of his career.
