standman
With the comedy gold today of Brian Graham inviting Morton fans outside, presumably for a fight, I can’t recall seeing that happen before . Not counting Cantona who just launched right in, has anyone even seen a player offer a punter a square go at a match they’ve been at ? It's 8 o'clock and there are still fans outside waiting on Graham for a square go, apparently Graham has left the building.. Typical Thistle legging it ..

Trogdor
I'm pretty sure Mark Roberts (player/manager) came close on a fateful Boxing Day night when we lost at Cliftonhill.

Typical Thistle legging it .. Mr Graham made his way outside for a few minutes after making his offer - there were no takers. Supposedly Mr Imrie needed new trousers after the full-time whistle.

Aye when Partick were at Somerset a couple years back and they had to climb the North terrace to get to their changing room (COVID times) , he was trying to square go Partick fans. Although I seem to remember the accusations was that supporter(s) had said something sectarian.
Specky Ginger
Bobby Barr on more than one occasion during his time at Rovers. And going back a good bit further, although not a player, Frank Connor once opined to a punter, when you were allowed to stand behind the dugouts at Stark's Park, that "They'll be selling tickets for you and me big man." Not on that occasion, although him and Yogi apparently had a wee tiff when they were both at Livingston.

cb_diamond
Distinctly remember in the 90s Alex MacDonald, the then Airdrie manager calling an unbelievably annoying supporter who sat behind him in the centre stand out by name and that he should come to his office after the game and he could repeat the insults to Macdonald's face. The guy shat it.
