Soapy FFC Posted Monday at 15:04 Share Posted Monday at 15:04 Fromage not happy with how the papers are reporting his comments on Putin. https://www.theguardian.com/politics/article/2024/jun/24/nigel-farage-attacks-mail-newspapers-over-putin-ally-reports Quote Nigel Farage has launched a stinging attack on the Daily Mail group, accusing the newspapers of trying to stop Reform UK “breaking through into parliament” by publishing reports that suggest he is an ally of Vladmir Putin’s administration. Quote Farage said he had instructed lawyers from the libel specialists Carter-Ruck to write to the Mail on Sunday as the front page had left him feeling “so angry about the breach of the editor’s code”. He's never complained in the past abut how the Heil reports on politics. You really couldn't make it up.

Best nip it in the bud.

The more votes the merrier, I mean angrier, well you know what I mean."

You really couldn't make it up. From almost the first day when he announced he was standing in Clacton, Farage has acted like a petulant child when challenged on his prospective MPs, his party history, his own views, or his party manifesto. He has always been like this - the racist sitting at the end of the bar, telling everyone else they are wrong, but with nothing substantive to offer. Its interesting to see him lash out at everyone and everything. Some of his tv interviews have been stunningly amateur. Anyone who votes for him is thick as well as being a dogwhistling racist.
throbber Posted Tuesday at 07:26 Share Posted Tuesday at 07:26 They’ll get a shit load of votes but only end up with about 3 seats and then come out crying that democracy doesn’t work.

Three seats too many. But in some areas, the working class are nothing but neanderthals. -

Nothing to say they are working class but certainly the type who never consider that the sort of politicians they vote for might actually be the source of their problems.

throbber
The funny thing is nobody who was going to vote reform anyway will be put off by it - it just shows off what the rest of us already knew about their support.
