Explain.

"It's nae that warm outside", "that's nae bad that", "he's nae very good." These are all incorrect uses of "nae."

Either "not" or "no" should be used in these sentences, you Doric freak show. :P

Can you give some examples of correct usage of "nae"?

So use of nae instead of "no" is incorrect, however use of nae instead of "no" is correct.

You've gone rubber bumpers, mate.

Use of nae instead of "no" is incorrect for "no bad", "it's no that cold" and "that's nae happening."

Use of nae instead of "no" is correct for "nae chance", "nae bother" and even "nae danger", though I don't use the latter myself.
