What Are You Drinking ?

Stone & Wood Stone Beer. It’s a 2023 vintage wood fired porter. Seemingly each autumn they honour an ancient brewing technique by adding  wood fired stones into their kettle. That’s news to me and so is the result as it is a good porter but nothing exceptional.

Vale Aus IPA an East Coast IPA from Vale Brewing in McLaren Vale south of Adelaide. The only difference between this and their normal East Coast IPA, apart from the name and can design, is this one uses only Australian hops. It’s no bad.

Mosaic Single Hop Hazy IPA from Behemoth Brewing, Auckland, NZ but for labelled as Chur Brewing for the Australian market. This is a dangerous beer as it is easy drinking belying the fact it’s 6.8%. Would buy again.

Why don't you just pour it straight down the lavvy and cut out the middleman?

He maybe would have but two seconds after the pic was taken, a baby-grow was flung over the can and he couldn't find it.
