Ex Machina
Try again, I've checked a few times and there are still unreserved standing tickets available. Edit: I was using Ticketmaster It's working now, it wasn't the last two nights. Hmm. I wouldn't have even thought of looking again if you never said. Cheers!

JRD
The View at the Picture House in June, £6.50 a ticket. Gutted I'm missing this as I rarely miss a chance to see them, I'm in Barcelona that week, though then back on the Saturday for The View plus very special guests The Stone Roses & Primal Scream
Dunning1874
The Beards on Friday, should be hilarious and a good singalong.
DarkBlue62
Got tickets for Tenacious D in December. But expensive but it's one of those bands that are not around often and should be fun!
Audaces Fortuna Juvat
Saw them in the SECC last time around and they were truly dire.

underdogunderdog underdog
Just found out Tame Impala are playing in Edinburgh in August. I must get a ticket for this. I saw them at ABC in Glasgow last year and they were superb.
Audaces Fortuna Juvat
At Journey / Whitesnake gig @ SECC now Thunder stole the show - the only band that got the sound right. Whitesnake were much better than the last time I saw them and at least Coverdale's voice was improved. Then again, they were Shitesnake the last time I saw them. Journey's sound was muddled at times but they had some great moments. Steve Harley playing Embr'a in December - one of the great live acts. Christophe
Marnie Stern in Glasgow, week on sunday... Only given the new one one blast. Sounded like it had got more conventional songs on it, really, need to give it another listen. Edited May 21, 2013 by Christophe

young buck
besnard lakes at stereo were sensational. Ten quid they played in front of about 40 folk in a toilet of a venue. Criminal stuff.
Audaces Fortuna Juvat
The fact it was at the Stereo was a good reason not to go. As a venue it leaves a lot to be desired.................

Christophe
besnard lakes at stereo were sensational. Ten quid they played in front of about 40 folk in a toilet of a venue. Criminal stuff. The work/exams/kids triumverate has conspired against me seeing them the last three times they've been here. Caught them at the Captain's Rest in 2010 though, fucking ace!
young buck
that pillar was a killer. The contrast of beauty from the music against a backdrop the equivalent of a barlinnie shiter was quirky at best and with a muse pre set tape I contemplated leaving. My faith in them was rewarded. Captian rest king tuts and now stereo. I wouldn't miss them on these shores
