bairn88
Hope some of the old biddies who are queuing and some of whom will ask for section B7/8 are being told by staff they’ll be in the heart of smoke bombs, standing and singing

You have 4 weeks to pop down to the club to get a ticket, during which time we have 3 home games. Not sure it’s worth getting upset about. Totally agree with this sentiment - mountains out of molehills given Hampden is not likely to be a quarter full & wouldn’t be surprised if options available on day to max attendance

They should be selling the tickets online via their portal as they do for Scotland matches. In this day and age there is absolutley no reason for fans to have to go to the shop to get tickets for this match. As for prices.... £91 for a new Scotland top tells you all ! A strip they only seem to be going to wear on a couple of occasions. I noticed they were back to the old strip on Tuesday night.

Roboccop
Don’t they sell the tickets in seat order? If you go too early you are either too low or too high from past memory?

Was giving them the benefit of the doubt but the original post said it would be physical tickets only so there has been a decision not to sell online. Better that they are looking to rectify it but it’s extremely poor for the club not to foresee this and only change on the back of a Twitter storm. If online sales were possible then it should have been from the off. Edited March 30, 2023 by Caractacus Potts

Its usually poorly Pre Planned and insufficient thinking is put into the most logical way of selling them. I can recall numerous times where family members have gone early to get tickets and we ended up with lousy seats in Row A Row B I go in the North Stand at Hampden every Scotland match and wouldn't buy a ticket for Rows A to Row L V or higher the view becomes acceptable
knee jerk reaction
Well done to the club for reacting and making tickets available online, getting a few tomorrow now. Was ready to criticize them but they've moved quickly

Just baffling that in this day and age, a club which actively encourages buying e-tickets, and tbh almost everyone in League 1 encourages this, thought a trip to the shop was somehow acceptable as the only outlet for a fucking National Semi Final

RC55 FFC
With their being no e-tickets and only physical tickets, can only assume that was the thinking by the club BUT it’s sorted now & those who want to buy online can & won’t need to phone the shop now.

If that was the thinking then it’s a cheap tactic that completely inconveniences the fans and everyone who stood in the cold waiting for tickets. Not to mention from an environmental factor to everyone who took their cars to the stadium when completely unnecessary or those who paid extra for postage as they believed this option was unavailable.

Puzzling why on line wasn’t available, but the club has acted promptly to get this corrected. Well done.
