That's a really good level for Honeyman and a team at the right end of the league to be joining.

Yeah leaving aside our current focus on getting one in, that seems like a good and positive move for the laddie.

Swinney and McGlynn have both said the quality hasn’t been there so far in terms of bringing anyone in. Maybe that’s because the money we’re offering is peanuts? You only get what you pay for. Can’t shop at Waitrose on an Aldi budget.

Aye, hopefully it works out well for all parties.

It was clear we were short in attack, in particular for creative players/wingers. With Scott Honeyman coming in on loan today and Tyrece McConnell from Queens Park last week our squad looks much more potent attacking-wise.

Both of those youngsters will need to fight for a starting place, but it's likely both will get a lot of game time, and at a good level.

Depends whats out there. International window is shut so we’re only looking at Scottish prem for a loan signing and I can imagine most clubs are hoarding anyone half decent, it’s important we get someone who can play in the team we have, no point in taking someone just for the sake of it from my perspective
