I genuinely believe he genuinely believes he is intelligent and insightful but he seems thick as shit he just peddles old firm worshipping cliches and adds nothing of value . At the start of the season he was still criticising St Mirren for punting him, I notice that nobody on Sportsound has asked him recently if St Mirren were right to sack him. You'll have to swear unquestionable loyalty to the crown and Act of Union, but once they're done having you wave around the BA like an absolute trumpet, you'll soon find your foot in the door. Working your way up the ladder however may require you to do more "British" things.
