The law enforcement one is one which worries me that perhaps people don’t know the full impact of. For example If someone commits a serious offence in Scotland and fucks off to Spain we won’t have law enforcement co-operation. We also won’t have access to the apparatus which allows us to check european previous convictions, something that is used to remove murderers and sex offenders from europe who are found in the UK. The lack of access to information and cooperation is staggering particularly when you assess the impact on people trafficking and serious and organised crime investigations, that all stops the second we leave the EU because nothing has been agreed. Mental that people think this is a good thing.

You really think they won’t find a way to cooperate post Brexit? How does Norway cope btw?

On the plus side, maybe we’ll be spared European Arrest Warrant requests for Catalan politicians who have committed the horrendous crime of holding a referendum.

There are parallels between these "insider" manoeuvres by de pfeffellllll during brexit and bush and close cohorts pre-9/11.   As the man says, "follow the money".

Profiling judges like that is completely out of order, but we can expect nothing less I suppose.

Constitutional crisis regardless of what happens next Tuesday. Either the PM has broken the law by suspending parliament and lied to the Queen - in normal circumstances, certain resignation - or something illegal in Scotland is allowed in rUK, which is fine when it’s marriage at 16, not so much when it comes to democratic representation.

Scenes either way.

Pretty disgusting stuff TBH and not to be dismissed too lightly.

Papers who publish this sort of stuff are encouraging the nutjob element who will consider more extreme action justifiable.

I have every sympathy with the bloke on the left.  There is definitely a case to be made for a post-Brexit independent Scotland, especially if it has aspirations to join the EU.  The big shame is that the case is being made by a shower of vile xenophobes who are every bit the measure of their loathsome Brexit-voting cousins.

A credible independence movement has got to be uncoupled from the discredited SNP and become pluralistic in character.  Rattling the shortbread tin and screaming, "f**k off you British c**t" just won't cut the mustard.

You really are a sanctimonious, sad fanny.  You are lending "sympathy" to the guy on the left by offering the belief that there is "a case to be made" for independence, then insert your usual stab motion to the "shower of vile xenophobes", ie Scottish or SNP or Independence people.  Your views from Bucks are as tainted and twisted as those self-aggrandising bassas  in the picture as well as the lowest common denominator within the the rangers int. support. Unlike red top "sports", i'm referring to the majority and not the 40000 "minority" who happen to sing offensive, vile songs every day/week.

They’re not in the EU. But they’ve managed to agree security cooperation, you say? That’s good. So UK can too?

They can, but they haven’t. Hence the statements regarding the European arrest warrants are correct.

Plus, eventually agreeing to have something beneficial you already had in the first place seems like a bit of a waste of time.

I'm sure the EU will be wanting their 39 billion first before they even entertain assisting post Brexit UK.

Cake will be of the menu.

Protection of citizens rights, the financial settlement and the Irish border are all issues that the EU have repeatedly said would need to be addressed before there will be any future trade talks.

The simpletons who think that leaving with No Deal is the end of Brexit are totally delusional.

Thing is, Whitehall is full of Remoaners.
They're Remoaners because they, more than anyone else, know what's going on and what happens next.
You know those t-shirts that say 'bomb disposal technician - if you see me running try to keep up'? When you see the folk in charge of food imports and exports stockpiling food, it's time to stockpile food.
Exactly, or if Air Steward/stewardesses start to look scared after a funny noise
