On the plus side, maybe we’ll be spared European Arrest Warrant requests for Catalan politicians who have committed the horrendous crime of holding a referendum. Either the PM has broken the law by suspending parliament and lied to the Queen - in normal circumstances, certain resignation - or something illegal in Scotland is allowed in rUK, which is fine when it’s marriage at 16, not so much when it comes to democratic representation. Protection of citizens rights, the financial settlement and the Irish border are all issues that the EU have repeatedly said would need to be addressed before there will be any future trade talks.
