Could there be a more unlikeable commentary duo in world sport than croft/chandhok? Excitable buffoon meets personality vacuum.

Especially with their "bravo to Haas" for ruining multiple races because they've got penalties and the rules are stupid.

"Max is an important member of our team and is a valued member of our team,” said Horner after Verstappen’s win in Jeddah. “He’s a wonderful driver, but everybody has a role to play in this team. We are a team and no single individual is bigger than the team, and that’s the only way that you achieve these kinds of results.”

Bold take there from the creepy weirdo who has spent the last fortnight trying to get a team to sweep away the mess of an individual, whose elite pay grade skill set is... what, exactly?

An escalating civil war at RB is the only thing that can make this season a worthwhile spectacle tbh.

He's also an executive officer at red bull out with F1 iirc.

Makes it that much more difficult to deal with him and probably why the commercial arm of red bull was the part that hired the KC and subsequent investigation.

Anyone else would have been hung out to dry and made an example of.

Doubt Horner will get the sack as such, but we are seeing a power play for ownership of the team, hence the comment from Jos about Horner tearing the team apart (either that or Jos was doing his best Tommy Wiseau impression)

Horner is apparently working with the Thai billionaire who owns 51% of Red Bull to buy out the team, this has lead him to bump heads against Marko who has the Verstappen's in his corner, hence why we are getting stories about Max leaving Red Bull which Horner previously laughed at but now appears to be willing to accept.

Continuing the trend that F1 is more exciting off track than on it, Massa has now filed his law suit over crashgate:

Not about the money, it's about the title - which is presumably why he's looking for £64 million.

Interesting to know what he's hoping to use to back up his case. Max Mosely and Charlie Whiting are both dead and the whole thing has been sparked by comments made by Bernie Ecclestone. Good luck winning a court case based on what a 93-year-old claims happened 15 years ago!
