Stellaboz
Me and the missus lifted all the balcony slabs to clean up underneath. Found absolutely nothing of interest sadly.

The Kelvinside Academy entrance exam used to be a 2 piece jigsaw. If your dad was an FP, you got to see the box as well.

D.A.F.C
Re:sugar Few years back had shingles and was told to try improving my diet. Cut out fizzy juice and after a year or so I didn't really crave sugar too much. Used sweeteners in tea as my dad is diabetic so didnt mind the taste. If I get a craving for a snack I just have fruit or nuts/popcorn. Will occasionally have a magnum or ice cream in the summer but cant really eat sweets anymore. Would advise just replacing sweets with small amount of nuts and use diluting juice. Some of the sugar free ones like vimto or robinsons are class, add fizzy water.

I had shingles 15 years ago, followed by postherpetic neuralgia. The issue of diet was never raised by my doctors once.
