King Rib is homeopathic. If consumed after several pints too many it combats nausea and restores digestive balance. The same delicate blend of lard, connective tissue, salt and e numbers will cause a sober person to feel as sick as they would after drinking several pints too many. Yin and Yang you see.

There are surely some better quality and more obvious things that Chip Shops should offer and do not.

As an example my local kindly battered and fried some Steak Lorne sausage for me.

No loss of lovely fat and was a complete success.

No idea why it is not on Scottish  menus.
