He manages the clubs communications, social media platforms and other fundraising events (which his company kinda did before the appointment was official). He hosts the corporate offering in between other duties etc and is at all games to do the post match stuff. He often sits with the fans at away games and seems reasonably approachable however his main role seems to be to keep the corporates on side which is a huge part of the revenue/interest of the club. That said the communication and engagement with fans remains poor at best.
