coprolite
Salad consisting of little gem, tomato, cucumber, pepper, radish, olive, caper, pink slaw. Followed by an apple. I’m fucking starving. So hungry I could eat a Gregs. Not so hungry that I could go near that slab of rice themed goo above though.

Barry Ferguson's Hat
To spice thigs up today, I emptied my 12 bags of Quavers into the multipack bag so that it was like having one big bag of Quavers. Absolutely delicious and surprisingly few calories.

Always get shot down in flames whenever I recommend Thai food to family & friends. "All that coriander, lemongrass, basil & chilies" I concede that they've had a bad experience but cbfa talking them around.

velo army
The Ting Thai Caravan placey on West Nile St is incredible too. One of my go too places when I'm home. Anyway. Lentil soup then home made beef stew which has hunners of the good stuff in it (beer, dark chocolate, beetroot, carrot, leek, twa types of beans and parsnips).
