I think the word is "cue" rather than "queue", unless perhaps Doctor Manhattan is a Mormon.

If he’s that insistent on missing a gilt edged chance to score he might also be Dessers. You never know.

Might be best to bank this one (no rhyming slang intended) before Sportscene starts

casinobay
Clement saying that Casey should have been sent off for a tackle he wasn't even booked for. There's the narrative for the next few days.

If you watch it back McCausland opts to put his leg back in the way with his studs showing and Casey simply keeps going.

Nearly as big a minter as bringing up xG in his bbc interview.
AJF
Meh. Terrible result, on a day I don’t think we played terribly, but just couldn’t find that clinical touch to finish our chances. Motherwell started really well and were worthy of their lead. Half time then came at a bad time as we’d just started to turn the screw. Carried on into the second half up til the penalty (VAR again shows how bad it is for a match-going fan with how long that took). Then we just witnessed kamikaze defending. We had plenty of time so I don’t know why we kept pushing so high and letting Bair get Goldson isolated. He got the better of him time and time again and got Motherwell up the park. We just needed to settle a little bit and drop off at times. Second ‘Well goal is a wonder cross and it just seemed to kill our momentum. Had a couple of chances late on with balls blocked and swiped out of danger but not enough. We looked leggy as the game progressed, and with another injury we now seem to be losing the depth that we need at the wrong time of the season. A little perspective needed with it being our first dropped points in, what, 10 games? And still top for the time being but that could be a massively damaging result.
craigkillie
That's been coming for Rangers for a while, I don't think the performances have matched the results under Clement and they've been getting away with a few.

craigkillie
He's better than Beale and is probably reasonably good, but he's not a miracle worker and the squad isn't good enough to be winning basically every game.

The fact we are 2 ahead after being 7 or 8 behind proves that (albeit having played a game more).

rowsdower
If that Dan Casey challenge is what the rangers fans are going to hang their hat on (no doubt with a bunch of out of context still images) then that's just a shame. Absolutely nothing in it, just like the penalty. Was Bair booked for being too big? Goodson bouncing off him and greeting about it was funny. Same with the fanny that SOD jedi waved to the ground. Desperate stuff. Thought we managed our subs well for once, with Nicholson doing a good job of keeping the ball, and halliday offering some composure and experience.

That Casey tackle was glorious, never even a foul. The penalty looked incredibly soft from the angles I've seen but SOD was desperate, studs a bit out...you wouldn't be surprised if there's an angle which justifies a penalty. However, if it takes five minutes to find it's clearly not an obvious error. We were brilliant today but being honest on another day we could still lose that 4-2, 5-3 etc on the chances Rangers created. It's just the first time in a long time we had a great outfield performance, a great goalkeeper performance and a fair dose of luck...will be q long and happy night!
