Doubt Brendan would be happy to know Griffiths is out playing on roofs.
Shandon Par
Is the "design" of Hearts' new stand based on the workshop at Longstone bus depot? Had the pleasure of passing both places earlier and was struck by the similarity.

Miguel Sanchez
Does anyone with experience of physical labour of some sort have any advice on how to make sure my spine doesn't snap after a few weeks?
John Lambies Doos
Does anyone with experience of physical labour of some sort have any advice on how to make sure my spine doesn't snap after a few weeks? I'd suggest if you are over 6ft and only weigh 10stone you aren't carrying much muscle. Strengthening your core will help. Also the chlamydia kid may be the one to talk to re physical endurance and power in the workplace
Gaz
Being driven mad here trying to think of a dance song that was heavily based on Right Here, Right Now by Fatboy Slim. Woman's voice. Talks about pain and strife and has a "no, no, no" refrain. Any ideas?

Shotgun
Saw somewhere that coffee with milk cools slower than black coffee. A little while ago I switched from coffee with milk to straight diesel and can confirm this to be true. It’s a bit annoying tbh.
Shandon Par
I’ve started taking a dash of cold water in my black coffee. Just as some folk describe with their whisky, the cold water seems to bring out the flavour more (and obviously you can drink it quicker).
