There was some leftover prosecco in the fridge and being an Aberdonian I didn't want to waste it but I don't like wine at the best of times, never mind when it's flat prosecco. Decided to make a cocktail that involves rum, lemon juice and fizzy wine. Absolutely fucking bowf. No idea, I’m under 30 and only moved to Aberdeen in 2008 so a lot of the ‘back in the day’ places I know the name of but not actually what they are now.
