Guest
could one of our existing players manage us to avoid paying another manager?bell? Dixon? gomis? I don't know the ones with the leadership capabilities and knowledge to do itcould they do much worse than is currently being done with this squad?Get a PE teacher from Falkirk High to do it. Let the players do it themselves. Anything that gets McKinnon away. He has no redeeming qualities as a football manager. None.We need to stop the “ We are still in the mix” conversation. The guy simply isn’t up to the job. He probably isn’t up to any managerial job. He cannot be allowed to bumble and stumble along. If needs must, pay the clown to sit in the house. Just get him miles away from FFC.
Marshmallo
Listen, we're all frustrated. The fans are right to voice that but there's no easy games. We'll improve and the players will work hard in training.
Harry Kinnear
Just seen the crowd was over 4000, the board will do f**k all regarding McKinnon whilst numbers like that are rocking up to TFS.Haven't been to TFS this season as didn't renew, are the fans getting vocal against McKinnon yet ?
Marshmallo
Can I just say as well, I better not see a "funny" video of Doyle this week in a stupid shirt or any similar bollocks. They should be in hiding with how shit we are.
GeordieBairn
Actually just scunnered with everything Falkirk related. Pish.

Yep ! he is not the future. But before we punt him we need to get the ownership sorted. With that we remove the uncertainty that will put off potential applicants of a quality we require. Who would join a company that was changing ownership and you don't have a clue in what direction they are going to go ? Right in one ! No chance. We have no choice but to put up with McKinnon for the time being.
WestfieldBairn
That was atrocious. Very similar to last week but we got out of jail with our goals. That won’t happen every week as we seen today. The most annoying thing is we all know he won’t be sacked, so we are stuck with this utter shite. They scored on the 81st minute and he just stood! He didn’t try and make a sub or roll the dice for the last 10. Anyone with a pair of eyes could see Gomis was knackered, as he always is every week after 60/65 minutes yet he decides to keep McShane and Tidser on the bench. I’m done with this clown.

Ira Gaines
The ownership seems like too long term a problem to ignore McKinnon in the short term for you. If you wait for that mess to get sorted, then McKinnon will be there for a long time and you'll continue to flounder around in League 1.
Anthony Fitzgerald
Going into November we have won less than half our league games. There’s a stat for the BoD.
Bairnardo
Connolly for Longridge was a perfect illustration of where we are. Brutal.
Guest
Thing is, Hartley took us over a cliff with Supermitch. As a day to day football manager, Hartley is almost certainly the better man. McKinnon just erodes things slowly. Last season when we reached 8th was the end of the honeymoon period, and ever since then, it’s a ever downward glide path. No sudden catastrophic single decision like Hartley’s recruitment policy. Just a week after week after week drop off in performances. I think it was after the last Clyde defeat he came out with the “We will get stronger and better” guff. We haven’t, because he doesn’t know how to do it. It’s yet another disastrous abdication of responsibility if he is allowed to continue. This isn’t a blip, or a bad spell. This is absolutely classic McKinnon. He is a typical “jam tomorrow” manager. Ignore everything that’s wrong today, it’ll be better tomorrow/next week/next month.

Waspie
McKinnon has always been bang average as a manager and got jobs his record didn't justify. Absolutely bizarre that Falkirk targeted him when he was under contract elsewhere and actually paid compensation for him. Over a season in the third tier with the budget he has he will probably still win promotion, but he just isn't very good.
Reggie Perrin
I hope that no one still thinks that we will win the league with this imposter in charge. Far too many points being dropped to think that is a realistic outcome. Also the manager has a remarkable lack of tactical awareness and the leadership qualities of a lamp post.
PG.Colossus
They scored on the 81st minute and he just stood! He stood all fecking game. No energy, motivation, not a peep. Feck all. Contrast that with Moore and Lennon on the Clyde bench who were in constant dialogue with their players, driving them on. GTF Ray.

While you pull crowds of 3000+ for this shit, most of them won’t care. The owners and BoD are, it seems, assuming they will be out before the season ends. The manager is, charitably, a clown. The players are getting paid anyway, and how many would be retained if they earned promotion? Where is their incentive? As you note here, the way to hit it home is not attend...pretty much anything else doesn’t get their attention. The pisser is that with over 2000 season tickets sold, even not attending doesn’t matter so much to them. So it’s down to a loud and boisterous crowd braying for blood, continuously, during games. Unless Ray can recapture the room, one point out of first could be the high point for the year...and that’s a stunning though.
