Not that I necessarily think that's what was going through Morrison's head. May well be wrong though. Usually am. I don't think he lifted his head once to check. Miller was fuming.
Bairney The Dinosaur
Finn Yeats is the first player I've been desperate to see make it since Sibbs. Gives absolutely everything.
Reggie Perrin
Last minute decision to go tonight, would have been spewing if I missed that. Really is great to be enjoying going to the football again.

A young man handling a pressure situation with absolute class and going from strength to strength. That goal will be huge for him too. 100% belongs in our first 11 Notice the never a right back has stopped. Brilliant at the back and going forward
Hartleys18/19Army
Miller done the same as Morrison and not squaring against Stirling Albion. Something that needs addressed. Shouldn't matter if you've done the hard work or not.
ChrispPancake
is there room for a statue of the manager in the new Helix park?

Does he? Papped an unbeaten championship team, but somehow we’d be loads better with Jordan Allan shoehorned into the team??
bridge of allan bairn
Great well deserved win and vindicates mcglynn putting out our best side. Keeps the winning momentum going and players match fit. 3,000 crowd and semi final means some extra cash in the coffers for January. The stats are pretty incredible re shots, corners etc. We learnt a couple of things tonight... Hogarth will be first pick goalie and the starting eleven is the players mcglynn trusts, he didn't even want a sub on till the very end as he didn't want to risk changing it. The subs are going to stay subs. Albeit mcginn Ross and Oliver still injured. Edited November 17, 2023 by bridge of allan bairn
Senor Bairn
Jordan Allan and Ola Lawal coming on with 10 seconds to go seems a weird thing to do. only thing I can think of is that the two of them would get appearance/win bonuses for coming on. If so, McGlynn doing them a favour PS what a team x
Bigbrbairn
That is why i have supported Falkirk for 59 years. The pride never fades when you see players giving their all.

Gaz
Surely folk realise those subs were just to waste a bit of time and kill momentum for Dundee Utd?
LatapyBairn.
Are the semi finals played at a neutral venue in this competition or is just the final?

Sure they are also done as a favour to the players to gain an appearance fee/win bonus. Really good performance tonight. Felt sorry for Long as think he has been really good for us on the whole. Just one of those nights but Hogarth should start the next game. Morrison was excellent tonight. Apart from the ICT game he always performs well when the cameras are there, like he does in most matches to be fair. However, tonight he was simply outstanding. Brilliant for him to get his first professional goal and defensively I don’t think he put a foot wrong. Whole team outstanding (apart from long) and maybe Nesbitt was a bit quiet but that is me being really really critical. Well done the bairns! Are you having a laugh? Nesbitt was every where tonight. Between him, Yeats and Morrison for MotM, IMO. I thought Falkirk were excellent. Completely out played the team dominating the championship. Work rate and organisation were very good.
Proudtobeabairn
Superb tonight and great to see the heads not go down when Utd went 2 v 1 up. Get the Morrison contract extension sorted now! (still should have squared it though )
falkirkzombie
Apart from the goalkeeper, which is 50/50 at the moment I think that's our best 11. Nesbitt overs more that Alfie when on form and I would keep in in there.
ebobsboy
Fantastic result, totally deserved. I was a bit worried going into this especially after scraping past Edinburgh last week, I thought United might have put us to the sword a bit, but this should give us a massive confidence boost, if we can take apart the side likely to get promoted back to the premiership we should have absolutely nothing to fear going forward for the rest of the season.
