Doink
One of the rumours going round (think I read it on RTC) is that West of Scotland Rugby club will swap their ground for Murray Park. Green can then sell off their old ground for residential development. Not got the same restrictions as Murray Park and only a few miles apart. Dont know if it's true but it's a good rumour. Fantastic rumour :D

Cutty Old
The current proposal for Sevco to enter the first division is dependent on the nod from SFL members and the officials of these clubs will naturally make a decision that is in the best interest of their club. Fortunately, that marries well with sporting integrity and the outcome will surely mean that Sevco will begin their footballing existence in division 3, if indeed they get it off the ground. The treatment that Raith Rovers received from McCoist, Jardine and the knuckle draggers made their announcement inevitable for personal reasons. However, if one ignores the ridiculous behaviour of the above, it would still not be in the interests of Raith Rovers to agree to include Sevco in the First division line up. For any first division club with aspirations to play in the SPL it would be nonsensical to undermine their own ambitions by admitting a team that could well prevent them from achieving that objective. They could perhaps gain from the large away support brought by Sevco but even that is in doubt because the Sevco fans could well boycott these matches. That means that Raith Rovers, or any other first division club, would be better served by striving for promotion to the SPL where they would definitely be rewarded by much bigger crowds from a number of clubs such as Celtic, Aberdeen, Hearts and Hibs. As I’ve said, that also fits nicely with sporting integrity. Second division teams have absolutely nothing to gain from voting Sevco into division one. There is no financial boost for them at all and should they agree to it they would have a far more difficult route to the SPL. What I mean is, if Ayr United, or any other second division outfit, fancy their chances of promotion and succeed in that aim, the following season will more challenging as they will face a strong team previously muscled out of promotion by Sevco or, if Sevco fail in their promotion bid, they would be competing with a Sevco team with a year of development under their belts and much more in the way of resources. Again, the mix of sporting integrity and the interests of their clubs make a vote for Sevco in the first division pointless. Some third division clubs may well see the attraction of bumper crowds when Sevco come to town and, apart from the ambitious clubs with an eye on division two, it will be sorely tempting to deny Sevco a place in the first division as they would gain a whole lot more in seeing the Newco in division three. My reading of the situation, based on the above, is that the only place in Scottish football for Sevco is in division three………………..and they should consider themselves very fortunate if they are allowed to join at that level.
Granny Danger
Bomber Broon just been interviewed ootside Der Ibrox Gates on SSN. He said nothing different from what was contained in the Sun. In fact, he looked like a trained monkey who had somehow managed to memorise and 'ape speak' the script of that press release The Super Soaring Scottish Sun printed. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=POIv5gCn_to If there are 'wealthy individuals' behind this would they not be better going on SSN. Can't remember what Brown was like as a player but I hope it was better than he is as a spokesman.

Macshimmy
What Sevco5088 need right now, is a respected political statesman to step forward and make a plea on their behalf. A plea for common humanity, natural justice, and sending the darkies back where they came from EDIT - whoops I'm waaaay too slow today. cyderspaceman
More likely to happen but not as interesting. Under some new scenario, Waitrose could buy Murray Park and do a swap with WoS.
