Pleased Coulson has signed too. He's got talent (strong, good touch and decent pace) and works hard.

Needs to improve his end product to continue his development. Got a good shot on him, so would hope he could get amongst the goals next season.

Young though so time for that.

Will do a round-up for the news on the website once the extensions are complete and confirm the status of the rest of the players etc but I think there's still some to talk to due to holidays and so on.

That can't include Durnan as I believe he has been on his already.  ✈

Happy to see Coulson sign, he brings a bit of pace and trickery that was otherwise lacking in the team.

And it's also nice to see Andy Graham signing up for another season. I can't imagine that he's going to be getting regular game time but his experience and personality are very valuable commodities in building a team.

Cammy O'Donnell also signs on. A slight surprise, I rate him but Rice seemed to have lost faith with him after the Edinburgh City collapse.

Think he was already under contract, he signed an extension early in the season. I rate him too and would like to see him get a real run of games.

Agree about Andy, great man to have around the place and showed this season he can still come in and do a job when required. Hopefully our next manager.

Roberts was comfortably our Player of the Season but admittedly could add more end product to his game. However, if you were going to take any Clyde player, he’d definitely be the one.

What position does he play?

What are his strengths/weaknesses?

He’s centre midfield. His strengths are carrying the ball upfield and his stamina. There were times where would drive us upfield about 40 yards almost single handedly and he would keep going all game. As for weaknesses, his final ball wasn’t always great but truthfully, he didn’t have much to work with at Clyde. He was one of the few who was comfortably a League One player.

Cheers.

Sounds like he has different qualities to the midfielders we had last season. Hopefully he will complement the likes of Scougall and Cawley.

Not sure how accurate/fair this is?

Traffic light system - Red = Poor for level, orange = average/below average for level, yellow = average/above average for level, green = Great for level

Hard working defensively but no use in the. Struggles to get chances or finish them. Brilliant at running with the ball. Better as a CM who pushes forward than one sitting deep picking passes.

If Roberts is mobile and reasonably good/disciplined defensively then he would fill a gap in our midfield. We have a lot of midfielders who are good on the ball but sometimes we struggle to give them the platform to play.

34 games, 1 goal and 1 assist, I can see why. Hopefully the Daily Record is as accurate as ever.

Quick sign him, he has a fan club at Airdrie who would sign every day of the week and twice on a sunday..

Airdrie had him a few seasons back,  although he looks busy on the park it is never really in areas that make a difference,  likes a shot or 10...   Mostly wildly over the bar,  better than league 2 though...
