Heads Gone - The Peppino Impastato Memorial Thread

Do people still eat gammon steaks with pineapple on the top? Was a fairly common dinner when I was a kid but you don’t see many people eating it now.

Remember proper gammon?

When i worked at a chain pub we had a choice between pineapple ring or egg, but we also had a special called "viking gammon" that had honey and mustard dressing on it with melted cheese over the top. I'm not sure if this was a genuine feature of viking cuisine or not. I strongly suspect not.

That's right its almost like the poor wee cry babies don't like being called out for their racism

hopefully they get the sympathy they desire.

Which race is the word "gammon" offensive to?

Gammon ramen sounds fucking excellent.

Gammon ramen might cost mammon. Try it with ham in or salmon. Then you'll be jamming.

Well, it all rhymes in ma heid.

Not a Heads Gone as such but some 'interesting' reading on the Darvel thread from Tuesday onwards.

You need to be a soldier of love to understand.
