We’ve been the better side, and deserve to be in front but definitely aided by Dunfermline defending poorly. Jakubiak should’ve scored the chance he put wide though, although it looked like a handball in the lead up. Thistle miles better both in and out of possession and I highly doubt they’re playing anyway near their best stuff. Both their goals have been atrocious from our point of view. Honestly, we have been nothing short of fucking abject. Never looked like scoring, timid going forward, not getting close enough when defending. Worst of all? We are fucking tedious to watch. Set up to win the game, and they’ll do it with ease, barring a second half disaster. We haven’t been at the races at all. Brian Graham is bullying our defence. Their centre halves won’t have an easier day all season, than they’ve had so far either. Derek Ferguson is at the game for the radio and was wondering why Jakubiak wasn't getting in to thr box for balls being fired along the six yard box (mentioned one from O'Halloran especially). Also wasn't complimentary of Mehmet. Mehmet signed a three year contract in May. Little must be some knick to not get a shot. We are the easiest team to play against - wait for a defensive error, score then sit back and watch us play 30 odd passes in our defensive third making no progress whatsoever. I don't mind possession based football but the reason to do is to best the press and get through the thirds before the opposition get s chance to react. What we do is pass it about then if we do get into the middle third we slow it down again and go side to side allowing the opposition to get back into shape. Slow, tedious, predictable. Also, having three goalkeepers who are all hopeless is some laugh. Also Also, Brian Graham is a strange man.
