Have to say I always found Barton a bit of a mouthpiece attention seeking bell end, worthy of little more than a snide laugh at.

I thought his comments on the female pundits were another example of this, I agree to a point there is an element of tokenism with some of the women suddenly appearing as analysts but, truth be told I'm pretty 'meh' about that in general, some of them aren't very good (Karen Karney) and others, such as Emma Hayes the Chelsea women's team manager are excellent, she is very articulate and knowledgeable in her analysis of the game and an interesting listen but, end of the day I don't watch/listen to post match analysis of games much, unless obviously Celtic have beaten Rangers so I can chuckle at Kris Boyd and his verge of tears incoherent drivel.

Where Barton let himself down as usual was his hideously inappropriate comments and tweets about a subject that is at least fair game for discussion but not in the grossly offensive and arrogant way he went about it.

He then doubled down on his bigot credentials a few days later with a few hideous tweets aimed at politician Ed Balls in a totally unrelated discussion, Barton took it upon himself to weaponise the fact Balls has a child who is transgender and identifies the opposite sex to which they were born, using disgraceful insults calling transgender people 'mentally ill' and saying how it's not his fault EB child 'decided to chop off their dick'.

Even the transgender debate in fairness is one people have a right to debate and have an opinion on but, in doing so comes responsibility to do so in a respective manner, the guy wouldn't know the meaning of the word, a complete grade A arsehole. 

Some people who know me away from here may know I had a child who was transgender, born male but 'he' told me and his mother from an early age about feeling like a girl trapped in a male body, she was beginning to start the process of gender realignment when she tragically died at 16. I'll never forget the stories of her being called a freak and a pervert in school and even on the street, be in absolutely no doubt this is encouraged and normalised by the fucking disgusting language and comments by people in a high profile position like Barton, and don't get me started on the likes JK Rowling and Graham Linehan.

Barton it appears has gone down the questionable career choice of recent years of people like Laurence Fox and Katie Hopkins of announcing they are a right wing bigoted piece of shit, hiding behind the flag of 'free speech'.

Given my own past and family circumstances I've touched on, for the first time I can actively recall in my adult life I was genuinely enraged by something a celebrity said on social media, something I'm not really happy about in hindsight... I should be better than that but he totally went too far, a fucking despicable little runt of a man.

Thanks to @Flybhoy,  to put some reality into my thoughts.

Then again. This Barton boy is just a wee need, was good at football. I would have never known about his comments if it was not highlighted on P&B. No mark. 

The world has now become a place where no marks can shout, not just out the top window, but to the world.

Aluko is a Tory, plays the racism card when called out for her shite opinions and in this latest video went with the yer da approach of ‘I don’t value your opinion on punditry unless you’ve did it’. (Basically what level have you played at?!?)
While Barton is an attention seeking, failed cinch star who is getting exactly what he wants from all this.

I think Barton is the worst as he’s launching unprovoked attacks and when he gets the attention he wants he gets other offensive opinions off his chest like when he took a swipe for the trans community and implied Jeremy Vile was a paedo. Also he’s involved in a love in with Katie Hopkins, it’s only a matter of time before Laurence Fox and Tommy Robinson stand with him as well.

I’ve never heard of this podcast, I just saw it shared as Onuhoa is a former team mate of Barton.

Not at all, it's the only footballing podcast I watch semi-regularly, just surprised to see it pop up on here.

Bringing absolutely nothing to the discussion but amazingly still being more important to the demographic than the boy sat next to Nedum just making faces like some weird old woman in a supermarket queue.

I have watched it three times and I'm sorry but the boy next to Nedum is what is the worst type. Has nothing g to say and just over exaggerates his expressions. He's a kwik save Filly.
