Anyone get along to the AGM tonight? I was having a think about it earlier and when was the last opportunity to buy shares in the club (unless you're filling out a prospect pack to buy the place outright)? If it was 2004, then there's a whole raft of the support who don't have access to anything like that. I started going regularly as a teen and it wouldn't have been remotely of interest back at that point.

Email the club saying you want buy shares - it really is that simple

Now that the season has basically ended for us it would be interesting to see out of this current team who you would keep or release. Forget if they are under contract or not.

I'd keep

McDonald, Thomson and McNeil

Millen, Lang possibly Nolan as 3rd choice CH

Matthews, Brown, Connolly, Easton, Vaughan, Stanton, Mitchell, Young.

Spencer and Gullan are 50/50 as I  rate both but neither have found real form this season and both spend considerable time on thr treatment table.

Release the rest and all loan players to return to their parents clubs.

I've been fairly brutal as I don't see 7th in the league some some very bang average performances as any kind of success.

You need to add Masson and probably Arnott to that keep list.

And just when we thought the week couldn't get any worse, it was announced at the AGM last night that Silver Bear have been back in touch looking to rekindle their interest.

Apparently they've looked elsewhere since threatening to raise legal action, but haven't found anything suitable to invest in.

Interview with Jamie MacDonald which is worth a listen. Listed as a look at the end of the season in the Championship but most of it is a discussion about himself and the club.

Confirms that he will be playing next season but he’s not had any discussions with the club yet to know if it will be with us. Admits the takeover talks and behind the scene stuff is probably delaying it and will possibly have had an effect and unsettled some of the younger players this season.

31 May 2019 net loss £202.541

31 May 2020 net profit £116.901

31 May 2021 net Profit £151.338

31 May 2022 net loss £100.122

Former CEO a waste of space, Bill Clark getting the heat for her appointment as the owner verbally ran for cover on the issue.

Her remit was to source funds for developing the Railway Stand, she brought in zero £'s

Hopefully that's just Sim trying to bulldoze the alleged consortium into committing their bid.

We have no one dynamic or engaging on the board, Sim 100% in control.

Same punters mainly asking same questions and getting the same answers year on year.

Apart from that a great night out

Was anything about the potential Takeover/investment mentioned at all?

Wonder who’ll pick up Robert Snodgrass if he remains in Scotland.

Twilight of his career but you’d think he’d run amok in the championship.
Also, if Falkirk manage to get up through the playoffs the chequebook coming out for Scott Arfield looks nailed on.

Hopefully the twilight move of his career won't go the same way as his ex-team mate Dorrans when he joined Dunfermline, absolute waste of a wage.
