Gaz
Generally I prefer us to have white away kits, but that is a very nice red kit.

Reggie Perrin
Much prefer white change kits but that is a decent effort. At least it is not yellow or sky blue which I really don’t like.
ChrispPancake
I guess we'll see it away to Funfermline in the second game if the season.
Hank von Hell
2 hours ago, Disco Duck said: I really don’t like that top. The trim is bizarre, the socks look like they’re from a different kit and, well, not even Lang can make it look good. Far prefer the home kit. Im not really the target market though! Agree with your comments, just keep it simple. I'd also add gold on red not a great combo. It's only a strip at the end of the day and results will deem if it is remembered fondly or not. We have had some really classy strips over the years - this is not one IMO.

Hugh Hillshaveyes
Not for me...I loved the steeple sleeves in last year's kit..we should've insisted on them again..it's what made it bespoke & a cracker.. quite disappointed with this year's offerings Edited July 4 by Hugh Hillshaveyes Spelling
ebobsboy
Prefer the home kit over this. Nice enough but not for me. Tough ask for O'Neill's to better last season's strips they were both cracking I don't think they've quite managed it this time. Ned Nederlander
No mention of the Bairns but the BBC has a piece on former Falkirk Scotland cap John White: Tottenham's John White and his son's search for lost superstar - BBC Sport

Also loving the look of the new training kit As much as I like the away kit over the home, the more I look at it the more I think the tops look a bit snug. I'm not going to start on the above the knee way MacIver and Lang are wearing the socks, very staunch looking!
FalkirkBairn2021
I thought the away kit looked a bit Aberdeeny
Hartleys18/19Army
The neck and arm trims aren't too great. I'd have left the gold out. Feels like we're hanging on to last seasons success with the gold. -
ShaggerG
There's f**k all wrong with the kit for f**king f**k's sake! It'll have f**king Falkirk players in it, which is all that really f**king counts!! Edited to include asterisks in the 'fucking' words for dramatic effect. Edited July 4 by ShaggerG
HopeStreetWalker
Design is good but 'Red' has never been a colour associated with Falkirk. In White it would have been spot on. The selection was made on what the marketing think will sell well to the fans. If it brings more funds into the club, live with it. -
Senor Bairn
I really like it. Away kits over the years have been Red, Yellow or White. This red one with the gold writing is smart.

As bainsford has said in 88/89 our home kit was red and white stripes and loads of home kits throughout the years have had red in them.

If it was white with navy trim, badge and sponsor it would be a top for the ages in my opinion. In red and gold it's OK but that's all. May be better when seen on the rail. I do like that the steeple is being incorporated into all the gear now. Hope this stays for the long term.
StuartA
Away kits can be any colour, and red has been used many times. Given we change every season now we shouldn’t be too curmudgeonly and create a rule that doesn’t exist about what constitutes a “Falkirk colour”. Only navy being the dominant home colour should be protected.
The Toun Clock
Hate to do this but that away kit is a belter! Apparently our away kit is a good one as well, maybe we can just do away kits for our games as I think ours is black with gold.
