We are currently on a bus tour for four days. This is day three and I am currently lying in the hotel room who have kindly given me an extra hour to check out. Tonight we do an overnight on the bus! I've had something to eat and am able to drink more. Have been cramping up doing nothing due to there being f**k all in my system so trying to drink Lucozade sport to replace electrolytes.
