An 18 year old is bad enough, but a 16 year old being sentenced to something like that is absolutely ridiculous. Clearly a judge not interested in sentencing guidelines around young people, and being trauma aware. In no way are they a danger to the public so to dispose of it in that way is genuinely shameful.
