F*** off.

Eta: also, doors saying 'automatic door' that don't open automatically.  Just encountered yet another of those (and no, there was no big button).

What about that sign that says "This door is alarmed"

They always look perfectly calm to me.

I got away with not decorating for years by pointing out the script on cans of paint that said 'do not stir'

Folk who from now until the spring equinoxe say how it is lighter in the evenings then vice versa as if this is some sort of first.

Single Duvet sets (I have a single duvet to chuck on my bed if it is chilly) that only have one pillowcase. Who only has one pillow?

Private taxi drivers who insist on being given a postcode. Taxi drivers are essential and put in incredible hours but piss off; you google it especially when it is demanded.

Have you met a woman?
Only from afar.

Today's PTTGOMN is coming back from holiday to find my presents with my name on under the flat Christmas tree. So now I've got to head out after work and get them something suitably shite so I don't seem even more of a p***k than I actually am.

People who still try to buy alcohol before 10am. Yes we can argue at 6am about why this law was put in place many years ago as much as you like.... yer still no getting

We like going for our food shopping early in the day; the 10 a.m. rule is a pain in the arse.

This is fine. However it is the law and has been for sometime. People seem to think because its the festive season the law has changed. And this is with barriers in the way also.

It's a fun time of year tbh

I fully accept this and know it’s been the law for some time.  I feel a bit sorry for folk like you that have to deal with folk who don’t know or are unwilling to accept this.

^^^Inuit

You have chosen to appropriate inappropriate cultural appropriation against me.

I am therefore appropriating offence on behalf of this forums Innuit community (PaBIC).

Good point though albeit I only really feel the chill when my blood sugars are playing up.
