My Mrs is a district nurse and she never seems to stop but like most work places some of them are extremely lazy which drives her nuts. I got something like this for my mates 21st : inside was a signed photo wishing him happy birthday from Roy Cropper. Still his best birthday ever, IMO. Edit : actually I've remembered that slightly wrong, it wasn't from Roy Cropper. The photo was Roy Cropper but the actor who plays him signed his real name.
