Shodwall cat
MacIver going off and the quality of their subs has won them this game. Unfortunately with the likes of Morrison and nesbit out we are a bit threadbare for good options when you play a side of Celtics quality.
Bigbrbairn
Very proud of the team. 2-1 up against the runaway champions with 70 mins played. Hope our injuries are not serious
FalkirkBairn2021
Unbelievable performance.. absolute heroes. No idea why their equaliser wasn't offside - assume it's just a weird camera angle. Best performance of the season so far for me. Alfie and Keelan Adams our best on the day I think. Celtic's starters are a great side. Was pleased they rested so many but always on the bench if the game went as it did.
BPM
Just proud as f**k. Celtic needed to make 4 changes after 60 minutes to turn that game around. Fingers crossed MacIver is not too bad.
Shabba
What an effort, all dead on their feet by the end. Hope MacIver isn’t a serious injury and just a precaution, felt his substitution changed the game for us, we couldn’t get out our half after that. All about the money though. Hopefully Celtic have got a couple of decent young attackers to loan out

Some of us don't have an alternative to Falkirk TV to let us see the game. A'm beelin'! You could have watched on Celtic TV

HonestAl
Great performance, all round. Leading 2-1 at Parkhead with 20 minutes to go. MacIver, Alfie, Finn Yeats were outstanding. Keelen Adams played very well against not one but two Celtic wingers. As said elsewhere, we couldn’t match the quality and fresh legs (£11m ffs) of Celtic’s subs. No disgrace. Ross MacIver’s injury looked like a hamstring which usually means 6 weeks minimum out…..and we don’t have a like-for-like replacement. Which is worse than losing 5-2. Proud, very proud.
Jimmy1876
Boys can go home heads held high. To stay ahead for 70 minutes against a team with a single player worth more than our whole club is just immense. Cannot thank this team enough for the moments they have produced over the last year and this was one of them.
PedroMoutinho
Outstanding performance. Competed really well for 70 minutes and deserved to be ahead. Agyeman was absolutely phenomenal. Just very difficult to compete unfortunately with a team who can bring on an £11m signing. Felt we really missed Maciver and Yeats. Hope both aren’t out long but will definitely need another body in upfront if Maciver’s going to be out.

GMBairn
Very frustrating how quickly we conceded the 3rd from our kick off and eventually losing 5 goals from just how clinical Celtic are, scoring from almost every chance they created after that. Other than that a great performance where we played some nice football, and put Celtic under pressure in a way half the teams in their league can't. Hopefully nothing serious for Ross or that would be a big blow. Alfie having another great game, he's really improved. The very positive points from that are that we won't face a league opponent anywhere near their quality and we've shown we can compete at the top level in Scotland.

Bairnardo
Very proud of the team we gave them a genuine fright there. Re the injuries, Maciver was smiling when he walked off for those who didn't see on TV so hopefully an indication it's not serious
FFC1982
The trolls are out in force tonight, but proud of our team. We concede the 2nd and fall apart a bit but when you are up against a team who can make the changes they made, we are always going to be up against it. After Ross went off the ball was coming back far too quick so can only hope he’s fit for next week.

Yeah, and excellent analysis and summary on Falkirk’s performance from Michael Stewart. Edited September 22 by HonestAl
