Raith vs Caley

Smith and Vaughan are in the side to be supporting forwards, but positionally they look like wingers today. Not getting anywhere near close enough to Hamilton, but not doing winger-y things either. That factor alone is stopping us getting any traction beyond the halfway line. I'd be looking to Mullin at half time and going a bit lop-sided, see if we can't up the supply and move the game ten yards further up the park.

Aye, they are getting isolated out wide and shut down. Definitely missing Mullin finding pockets of space to find crosses from, and Vaughan in particular is being doubled up on and isnt offering much.

Beyond that I guess the plus side is that last year's defence would have shipped two by now. Murray and Watson have dealt well with most that has come there way, but we likely need a change in personnel to get a grip here.

Thought ICT started like a team low on confidence.  Then we proceeded to try and help build their confidence for the next 45 minutes.  They should be ahead and some good saves by Kev has kept it level.

Hoping this is a repeat of last week and we come out for the second half like a different team.

Starting to feel like Dabrowski keeps goal the way that Colin Hendry defended. He's throwing himself about and getting in the way of everything, but there's a nagging feeling that if he was doing things slightly better slightly earlier he wouldn't have to make all these desperate interventions.

Byrne and Dabrowski have been there only positives. Other than that we've done absolutely hee haw. Need to be better than that.

Disagree…Murray, Watson and Dick all making solid contributions blocking and clearing too. However, the point about getting the thumb out is 💯

Awful first half. This high ball nonsense to Hamilton who's isolated with no one around him needs to get in the bin. Need a bit of width and to create some spaces against a staunch rangers Inverness side in the second half.

We've been better since half time. Haven't really created anything, but Smith and Vaughan were visibly narrower and we're playing the game in the right half much more of the time.

Hopefully Mullin and Easton can continue that momentum, we've been nowhere near approaching fluidity at any point this afternoon. Everything looks very forced.
