If you want to buy a smartcard in the station, it costs £3, or you can get it for free online, but then you need to upload a photo and wait 3 weeks for it to arrive. And currently, you can only top up the card at a machine in one of the stations, which meant the queue at Hillhead this morning at 8.15 was round to the door of Curlers. No, I'm on about going down to the pub for a few at 10pm, then going uptown and somehow being cajoled into going to Hive. Now I wasn't really pissed at all, which doesn't help, but it was a damn cheap night, so that made up for it I guess. Now my PTTGOYN, I was in Hive and I was looking about and I suddenly realised I was probably one of the oldest people at the bar. I'm 21 FFS, I've never really felt old like that before and I've got to say it saddened me a little.
