I just quickly produced all the possible points outcomes after the games tomorrow. My main takeaway is that we really don't want to be losing to Georgia and I feel this chart really puts that in perspective. A draw is okay and a win would be perfect.

I don't know if you realise but we've won all 3 games so far?

I would rather we experimented with the lineup than played for a draw against fucking Georgia- who we should be pummeling in every qualification campaign.

Bottom left looks good.

Problem is that we've never pummelled Georgia. Ever.

I'll take a shitey 1 0 win but realistically I think we'll win 2 0 and survive a couple of hairy moments.

The next set of fixtures in September are interesting.

We only play one game against Cyprus away and Georgia host Spain and then travel to Norway.

If we were to beat Georgia at home tonight and then Cyprus away there's likely a very slight chance that we'll have qualified. Even if we haven't qualified by then we'll have a firm idea of what's required for qualification and also top spot.

It would be brutal for the Norwegian team to require to play us at Hampden if we've already qualified. It would be great to end the campaign at home knowing that going into the game we've qualified, it would just be a big party.

Today is dragging already, massively up for this one but I have a feeling it's gonna be a long game.....hope I'm wrong.

if someone could be so kind as to forward some link details when available, that would be tremendously appreciated.

If we're to qualify, I want it to be while we're playing the friendly against England, because...

1) it'd be class to qualify in a game against England

2) doing it at home would mean the most amount of fans experiencing it

3) the players would all be in the class anniversary kit rather than the boring normal effort

There's very few nations now we should expect to be "pummeling".  It's that attitude that leads to such wild swings in judgement when a well-organised and technically better side gets a deserved result against us.  We should be beating Georgia but they're hardly some diddy no-mark like San Marino.  We should be putting out the best team we have available and getting the win no matter how it comes.  f**k "experimenting".

Georgia are a decent team, their previous results show that. We should beat them at home, but if it was an easy win tonight I would be astonished.

Scotland 1, ... Georgia 2 is far more likely than us 'pummelling' them, indeed pummelling anyone. Where do people get this stuff from ? Not from a history of watching the Scottish international team that's for sure.
