On the off chance it happened for Flyers then it comes across a very hollow victory to me! The set up just seems silly and flawed yet Ice Hockey fans get all excited by it!? Each to their own I suppose :/

As diddy as our cup is.... It is still my team winning every match in each round to reach a Cup Final. Maybe I won't celebrate like its 1994 but wouldnt miss it for the world

they might see similarilty to an extent in our league where finishing 4th from 10 over the course of a whole season and winning a few games afterwards can see you promoted to the so called league of milk and honey or finishing 8th from 10 and winning a few games afterwards sees you staying in the division

It's just like winning any cup competition! The Playoffs are the biggest cup competition in British ice hockey.

Iv got a spare concession ticket for Sunday famous 5 lower section. I did originally put it on gumtree but kept getting asked by rangers fans. Due to it being right next to my seat I'm not too keen on sitting with rangers fans. Rather not sell it than undo the work the board have done to ensure the tickets are kept in rovers hands

Not that it's my place to come onto your thread, but back on the Flyers topic. Although I would say the majorty of Flyer fans are from Kdy there is a decent overlap of other Fifers. I'm a die hard Cowden fan from Lochgelly, and a casual Flyer fan. I know of a dozen or so, really keen Flyers fans from the Cowdengelly area.
