coprolite
This thread made me look up my old local, which has a facebook page. It looks bright and airy and busy and appears to host live entertainment. They do food that’s not clipped to a sheet of cardboard too. Progress is shite. I think the decline started when they got one of those new fangled Tennents Ice taps.
philpy
I see the Laurieston is up for sale. I hope whoever buys it doesn't change how it looks.

Raidernation
Used to frequent the Grill in Aberdeen, and The Prince of Wales but the latter got "upgraded" and I wasn't a fan.

Brenda's Moon who is now helping manage Paulo Nutini was in it. He's let his standards slip since his Bungalow days.

The Gaiety and the Whip are the 2 closest pubs to me. My kids went to the primary school next door to the Gaiety. Derry Alli
Looks like the Dolphin in Fintry (A buscrawl stop IIRC) Might be in a bit of bother. I'd read about a fire in the neighbouring shops at 11:30am and I've just passed - the firies are on the extendable above dousing the whole row of shops.

Yup. Go there to see live music as well as Rocknrollas. Even if it’s tribute bands it’s still more appealing than shite like X factor or Strictly on a Saturday night after the fitba.
Molotov
Away fans to Paisley must be missing The Alamo. Home fans miss the Wee Barrel and the walk down Love St. After a home win the walk back up to the town was brilliant. In the 70s & 80s home and away fans used to “meet” up at the fountain gardens!

Should be maintained as a national historic monument. New owners welcome on the basis that not even so much as the beermats are changed.
